What does the monthly membership cover?

The monthly membership includes services such as annual check ups, office visits, physicals, medication review and management, chronic disease management, weight loss counseling, in-office procedures, and preventative care. Membership includes access to your physician according to your preference and convenience, including in office visits, via phone, text, or email. Members will also have access to whole-sale medication prices, at-cost laboratory testing, and at-cost imaging services.


Is there a sign-up fee to join?

No, there is no sign-up or enrollment fee.


What if I decide to cancel my membership?

We understand that situations may change. You may cancel your membership at any time, and we request 30 days notice.


Do you take health insurance?

We do not bill or use health insurance. At Sunny Family Medicine, insurance does not determine the quality of care you receive. Our focus is to provide quality care, focusing on you. We are committed to dedicating the time to get to know who you are and collaboratively work towards your health goals. If you are in need of labwork, medications sent to the pharmacy, imaging, or referrals to specialists, you may opt to have these services billed to insurance.


Should you cancel your health insurance plan?

We recommend that you have health insurance, which would cover you in the case of an emergency such as a heart attack, stroke, or cancer care. Membership with the direct practice at Sunny Family Medicine does not provide comprehensive health insurance coverage. It provides only the health care services specifically described. We recommend that you obtain and maintain insurance for services not provided by the direct practice at Sunny Family Medicine.


How do I sign up?

How much does it cost?

Do you make house calls?

Yes, we make house calls. We charge $200/house call. There is no additional charge for visits in our office for Sunny Family Medicine members.


Do you draw labs in the office?

Yes, we do. Our lab servicer (LABCORP) is also right across the street from our office!


What is parking like?

There is plenty of parking at our office space, including disabled parking.


Do you have a wait time?

No. Our patients do not wait for their appointments. We see our patients on time. We also guarantee same-day or next-day appointments for our patients. So, when you're a member, you can have the peace of mind that you'll be seen when you need it.
